Guest Experience Representative

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

Event Services LLC is always on the lookout for outgoing, motivated, and friendly people to join our Guest Experience team. We aim to provide the ultimate experience for Rockies games, Concerts and other special events held here at Coors Field. All new employees with Event Services are cross trained in all aspects of Ticket Taking, Ushering, Interactives, VIP Security and more at the beginning of employment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Each game day will begin at the entry gates, where you will check bags, take tickets, and welcome our Guests. After most of the guests arrive for the game, first year employees will have the opportunity to deploy to different areas of the ballpark ushering and/or helping with VIP Security. As you gain experience and knowledge, we find a position that suits your personal attributes and talents with our goal being to keep you coming back season after season.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet guests throughout the ballpark including gates, seats, and premium areas
  • Check and scan tickets using our scanning devices
  • Conduct bag searches for prohibited items
  • Provide guests with accurate directions and information
  • Verify tickets in seating areas
  • Proactively enforce ballpark policies, procedures, and guidelines for the safety of our guests

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated personality
  • Positive attitude with a mindset for providing the ultimate guest experience

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Work schedule limited to Colorado Rockies home game schedule
  •  Commitment to be available for events for all positions (40 games or 13 weekends)- higher commitment preferred
  • If hired during the season, minimum commitment percentage adjusted to number games remaining in the season
  • Paid mandatory training classes both in-person and online will be conducted as needed

SALARY RANGE:

  • $18.29 per hour. This is a temporary status, part-time seasonal position not eligible for all company benefits.
  • We provide accrued sick time, access to discounted tickets, discounts at Dugout stores, and other incentives for select games and events.

 

 

APPLICATION PROCESS:

  • Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis starting November 1, 2023 through the following year
  • The estimated time to complete the recruitment process will depend on the hiring needs before the start of the baseball season and may continue throughout the 2024 season and after
  • Paid training and onboarding classes will begin Mid-February 2024 through the beginning of the 2024 season
  • Recruiting during the baseball season will be on as-needed basis and communication might be delayed
