Collegiate Baseball Experience, LLC., based in Colonial Heights VA, combines competitive sports and sports entertainment to present a unique fan engagement experience offered by no other sports organization. The organization includes Cosmic Baseball touring the nation, and the Tri-City Chili Peppers collegiate summer baseball team.
Summary/Objective

We are seeking a detail-oriented, operations-focused professional to manage Ticket Operations for the Cosmic Baseball national tour, and the home Chili Peppers Games. This new role requires becoming an expert of our ticketing system, and being able to problem solve, and evolve the system to meet current and future needs. A strong partnership with our ticket system company, and the Chili Peppers Sales Team are critical components to this position.
Essential Functions

- Ownership of the design of the ticket buying experience
- Manage data analysis associated with ticketing
- Lead key ticket conversion function for our Cosmic Baseball national tour
- Design and growth of ticket reporting
- Partnering with the ticketing system company to design solutions for innovation and existing opportunities
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales to coordinate on sale activity
- Manage front gate experience for live events
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with high functioning analytical skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team-building skills, must be confident and energetic and willing to work outside of the expected role.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office setting as well as baseball stadiums across the country as part of the Cosmic Takeover Tour. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision. This is a largely sedentary role.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Travel
Travel is expected in this role as the 2026 Cosmic Takeover Tour delivers the experience to ~30 cities across the US.
Compensation
- Salary: $40k - 60K
