Overview
Collegiate Baseball Experience, LLC., based in Colonial Heights VA, combines competitive sports and sports entertainment to present a unique fan engagement experience offered by no other sports organization. The organization features multiple brands: the Tri-City Chili Peppers, a summer collegiate wood bat baseball team in the Coastal Plain League; the Chilly Peppers, an alter-ego team that plays exhibition games; the Cosmic Chili Peppers of the Cosmic Sports league, and the GlowMojis of the Cosmic Sports league.
Summary/Objective

We are seeking a dedicated, operations-focused professional to manage Ticket Operations and support all ticketing functions throughout the Cosmic Takeover Tour, and the home Chili Peppers Games. This new role requires becoming an expert of our ticketing system, and being able to problem solve, and evolve the system to meet current and future needs. A strong partnership with our ticket system company, and the Chili Peppers Sales Team are critical components to this position.
Essential Functions

- Ownership of the design of the ticket buying experience within the ticketing system
- Design and delivery of ticket messaging coming directly from the ticketing system
- Training development for users of the system
- Design and growth of ticket reporting
- Partnering with the ticketing system company to design solutions for innovation and existing opportunities
- Partnering with Marketing and Sales to coordinate on sale activity
- Assistance at front gate for live events to resolve ticketing issues
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent
- Understanding of ticketing systems, and general flow
- Detail-oriented with high functioning analytical skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent team-building skills, must be confident and energetic and willing to work outside of the expected role.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office setting as well as baseball stadiums across the country as part of the Cosmic Takeover Tour. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision. This is a largely sedentary role.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Travel
Travel is expected in this role as the 2026 Cosmic Takeover Tour delivers the experience to ~30 cities across the US.

Compensation
- Salary: $38k - 45K
