Position Summary
The Tri-City Chili Peppers are seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Cashiers to join our Food & Beverage team for the 2026 season. This role is responsible for providing fast and accurate service to fans while processing transactions, maintaining clean work areas, and helping create a positive game day experience at Shepherd Stadium.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Accurately process cashless transactions through the point-of-sale system
- Answer basic menu questions and assist guests with food and beverage selections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked cashier station
- Communicate product outages or guest concerns to supervisors promptly
- Follow all POS, food safety, and company service standards
- Assist with stand setup, cleaning, and breakdown after events
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, retail, concessions, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and handling high-volume guest interaction
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a busy environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and scheduled game days is required
