Overview:
- In charge of the general appearance and cleanliness of Big Rock Stadium.
- In charge of signage implementation inside the ballpark.
- Responsible for opening and preparing the stadium for each Marlins home game
- Perform other facility and maintenance duties throughout the ballpark as needed.
- May be required to attend player/mascot/organization appearances in the community.
- Assisting in preparing the ballpark for all Marlins home games
- Responsibilities will also include assisting other departments when requested or needed.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks.
- Community sign placement.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ensuring an exceptional fan experience through great customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
- Must work all games.
