Food & Beverage Manager

Morehead City Marlins - Intern
Morehead City · NC
Game Day/Event Staff · Chef/Cook · Food/Beverage Management
Where baseball meets beach vibes… and you’re the one bringing the flavor.

The Morehead City Marlins are searching for an energetic, hospitality-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the entire culinary heartbeat of Big Rock Stadium. You’ll be the captain of concessions, the guardian of good eats, and the person fans silently thank every time they take that first glorious bite of a ballpark hot dog.

In this role, you’ll manage all food and beverage operations—from staffing and ordering to menu quality and game-day execution. You’ll keep lines moving, fans happy, and the operation running smoothly no matter how wild a sold-out Friday night gets. Creativity is encouraged here. If you’ve ever dreamed up a specialty item and thought, “This would absolutely crush at the ballpark,” this is the job where you get to make it happen.

You’ll also have a unique opportunity to work closely with the team owner, a successful multi-restaurant operator in Eastern North Carolina. That means real mentorship, real development, and real insight into what makes a great hospitality operation tick. It’s a chance to grow your skills while helping shape the Marlins fan experience.

We’re looking for someone who’s fun, outgoing, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should love food, love people, and love the challenge of making thousands of fans happy each week. If you can lead a team with confidence, solve problems on the fly, and bring an upbeat attitude to every game, you’ll fit right in.

Working at the ballpark on the Crystal Coast is already a perk—but add in creativity, teamwork, mentorship, and the energy of summer baseball, and this becomes a pretty incredible opportunity.

If you’re ready to serve up great food and even better experiences, we’d love to have you join the Marlins family.
