The Morehead City Marlins are searching for a high-energy, beach-loving, handshake-throwing, deal-closing superstar to lead our sales efforts into the next massively awesome chapter of Marlins baseball. If you love the crack of the bat, the roar of the crowd, and the thrill of hearing “YES, we’ll take the package!” — this might be your dream job.
What You’ll Do
  • Sell all the things: season tickets, mini-plans, group outings, nightly promotions, and pretty much anything that gets fans through the gates and into the fun.
  • Build sponsorship packages that make local businesses say, “Wait… we get to be part of THAT? Absolutely.”
  • Lead the charge on special events at Big Rock Stadium — from theme nights to community celebrations to wildly fun ideas we haven’t dreamed up yet.
  • Cultivate relationships across Carteret County and beyond. You’re the friendly face (and sometimes the loud voice) that represents the Marlins everywhere you go.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our creative, marketing, and operations teams to make sure our fans and partners feel like MVPs every single day.

  • Creative enough to suggest new ideas, organized enough to actually make them happen.
  • Someone who loves sports, community, and summertime at the beach (seriously, it's a perk).

  • Experience in sports sales, sponsorship sales, or ticketing.
  • A knack for storytelling and making partners feel like they’re part of something bigger.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fun-loving, “did-we-really-just-pull-that-off?” environment.
