Job Summary
The Lead HVAC Technician is to assist in the daily operations of the HVAC System, and well as maintenance of the dry and wet fire system.
This position must work extended hours that includes nights, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season. They are also on call for emergency situations that arise.

Minimum Requirements
Education: High School Diploma, Completion of Plumbing Program through an accredited school
Experience: Two to three years in large scale public building, preferably in an outdoor environment
Skills: Knowledge of plumbing codes, methods, tools, and equipment

Skills: Knowledge of plumbing codes, methods, tools, and equipment. Ability to understand plumbing mechanics and apply principles to solve problems, interpret technical, oral, and written instructions, read and interpret blue prints, cooperate with co-workers on group projects, and maintain accurate records
Education: Plumbing License

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

Perform plumbing repair and installation including unclogging toilets, sinks, and sewer lines: 25%
Perform maintenance checks on pipes, drains, plumbing fixtures, restroom fixtures, including partitions: 25%
Operate and utilize hand tools such as wrenches, sewer machines, drill, torch, electric hammer, and jetter: 25%
Ability to use and record preventative maintenance steps taken into CMMS program: 10%
Perform other general maintenance duties as assigned: 10%
Respond to off-hour emergency calls: 5%

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Director of Maintenance
Physical Requirements - Ability to sit/stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 75lbs occasionally

- Work is performed primarily in outdoor settings.
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis.

- The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and vibration; The noise level in the work environment can be quiet to loud.
- Must have a willingness to work long hours and a variable schedule including weekends and holidays especially during the baseball season.
