Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the revenue department by developing proposals and marketing collateral, crafting compelling stories through design to showcase sponsorship/ticket assets including in-stadium signage, social/digital sponsorships, hospitality, fan giveaways, customized promotions, and more.
The ideal candidate for this position must be a multi-talented visual artist who thrives in a team environment for a deadline-oriented department. Exceptional project management skills are essential.
Employees are expected to follow all Cincinnati Reds policies and procedures, serve as positive role models, and manage their workload effectively. This includes demonstrating flexibility, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting departmental productivity standards.
Minimum Requirements:
Education | Bachelor’s Degree required in Graphic Design of similar area of study
Experience | 1 - 3 years of Graphic Design Experience
Skills | Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office and InDesign is mandatory.
Desired Requirements:
Education | Bachelor’s Degree required in Graphic Design of similar area of study
Experience | 3 - 5 years of Graphic Design Experience
Skills | Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office and InDesign is mandatory. A strong knowledge of the Cincinnati Reds and Major League Baseball
A flexible schedule is, as the demands of the job may include evening and weekend hours

Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally required to sit
- Use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear
- Light lifting/carrying to assist with event preparation
- May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Willing to conduct business during non-traditional hours, utilizing games and events (including evenings and weekends) to interact with clients and prospects
- Occasional business travel may be required
