Overview:
The White Sox are seeking outgoing, energetic candidates for “Sox Surveys,” an in-park market research program that interviews fans at the ballpark during games. Under the direction of the White Sox Public Relations department, Sox Surveys representatives support the organization’s efforts to collect and analyze fan insights to improve the ballpark experience each season. Surveys are randomly administered to fans on iPads during approximately 70 White Sox home games.

Description and Qualifications:
  • Represent the Chicago White Sox with professionalism, pride and enthusiasm at all times
  • Display outstanding teamwork and communication skills, and an energetic personality
  • Able to interact and communicate with staff, clients, and guests in a professional and respectful manner
  • Comfortable with public interactions and sharing knowledge of the Chicago White Sox
Requirements Include:
  • Be prompt and available to work at least ~70 of the home games, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. 
  • Must be willing to commit to at least 10 games per month from April - September 
  • Arrive ready to work no later than two (2) hours prior to game time
  • Must be a self-starter, and comfortable approaching and speaking directly with fans
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Adhere to White Sox employee policies and procedures
  • Applicants must be comfortable with using an iPad
