Description
The Chicago White Sox are seeking an Advertising Intern for the 2026 season (January – October). In this role, you’ll support a variety of marketing initiatives, including campaign development, media planning, traffic management and reporting. You’ll collaborate with internal departments and external partners to help bring campaigns to life across traditional and digital platforms. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, or currently working toward a bachelor’s degree, ideally in an Advertising, Marketing, or Business-related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Previous internship or project experience in Marketing, Advertising or Media is a plus
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize digital campaigns including email, paid media, SMS, and paid social with compelling copywriting and performance monitoring
- Manage traditional advertising efforts across TV, radio, and out-of-home, including scheduling, creative development and trafficking
- Coordinate cross-channel creative assets by collaborating with internal teams and ensuring timely rotation and relevance
- Support media planning and placement for in-game ads and weekly schedule, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives
Compensation:
