Food and Beverage: Bartender
It's time for the Rome Braves to gear up for another season at State Mutual Stadium. We're looking for energetic, hardworking people with outgoing personalities to add to our part-time/seasonal game day staff. All applicants must be at least 16 years of age and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Positions Include:

Bartenders are responsible for maintaining one of various bars at State Mutual Stadium. Bartenders are hired in various locations around the stadium including the Three Rivers Club, The Terrace Bar, Bucket Bar and other concession bar areas. General bartender duties include preparing drinks for customers, managing a bank of money, checking out customers, restocking on a daily basis and assisting with other duties as needed pending bar location. Bartenders work as scheduled by the hiring manager (varies by bar location). Must be 18+ years of age and must have a pouring license.

Line cooks are the main cooks and do 80-90% of all cooking in the restaurant kitchen or in a concession stand. Cooks operate all restaurant related equipment and machinery in the kitchen including but not limited to fryers, grills, cutters, etc. Cooks fill orders on a timely basis, make sure all food served is cooked properly and guarantee correct presentation prior to the order leaving the kitchen. Cooks work as scheduled by the concessions manager, Director of Culinary Services or Director of Food and Beverage, pending cooking location.

Dishwashers will ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and prepare the kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking cook stations. Dishwashers are responsible for the overall cleanliness of the kitchens, to include cleaning machines/ appliances, disposing of trash, sweeping/ mopping of floors. Dishwashers may also assist with other tasks as needed.

Restaurant Hosts/Hostesses
Restaurant hosts/hostesses assist in the Three Rivers Club Restaurant and Bar. Must have strong interpersonal skills and provide excellent customer service. Duties include but are not limited to food/beverage prep and setup/presentation, restocking of food/beverage, assisting patrons to their table or seating area, assisting patrons with problems that occur inside the restaurant, etc. Restaurant hosts/hostesses work as scheduled by the Director of Culinary Services.

Restaurant Wait Staff
Restaurant wait staff serve as waiters and waitresses for the Three Rivers Club Restaurant and Bar. Staff must possess strong customer service skills, strong communication skills and have strong written skills, etc. Restaurant wait staff takes food and drink orders from patrons, inputs orders into the POS system, serves the orders previously taken, provides the bill at the conclusion of the dining experience, etc. Wait staff works as scheduled by the Director of Culinary Services.
