Suite Server
The Suite Server position at the Charleston RiverDogs involves overseeing food and beverage operations in our 8 luxury suites and premium seating areas during games and events. This part-time, seasonal role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing food and beverage service for hospitality suites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the supervisor.
- Ensure all hospitality suites are set up and maintained to meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Provide a warm, professional, and engaging presence for guests.
- Work closely with premium seating clients to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
- Be knowledgeable of the Suite Menu and offer suggestions and upsell items to provide a superior food experience to guests.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote teamwork and foster a positive, inclusive work environment among staff members.
- Support colleagues in busy periods and collaborate across departments to enhance overall operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or event operations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the game schedule.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
