Picnic Hospitality Staff Supervisor
The Picnic Hospitality Staff Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of private picnic events during games, including coordinating staff, managing logistics, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and resolving any issues that may arise during the event. The Picnic Supervisor will communicate directly with the Hospitality Manager to guarantee a smooth and successful experience for attendees and clients.
Key responsibilities:
Pre-event planning:
· Receive and understand event details, timelines, and specifications daily from the Hospitality Manager.
· Assist the Hospitality Manager in assigning roles and responsibilities to picnic staff members.
· Coordinate equipment setup, buffet readiness and ensue all needed supplies are available and ready for guest use.
· Check each picnic location area for event readiness and identify potential issues before guest arrival.
During the event:
· Monitor event flow and address any issues that arise promptly by effectively communicating with the Hospitality Manager and Sales Staff.
· Supervise event staff, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively.
· Manage crowd control and safety procedures in conjunction with Ushers, Sales Staff and the Hospitality Manager.
· Resolve conflicts or complaints from attendees or contact Hospitality Manager or Sales Staff to resolve the issue.
· Conduct regular checks on event setup and equipment functionality
Post-event responsibilities:
· Manage and assist with break down of all buffets and beverage areas, as well as cleaning and storage of equipment.
· Prepare as much as possible for the following game day events and communicate any potential issues or shortages to the Hospitality Manager.
