Concession Stand Supervisors
The Charleston RiverDogs are seeking fun, enthusiastic & organized individuals for our Concession Stand Supervisor Positions. Concession stand supervisors should be strong leaders, able to motivate staff and be able to adjust work flow on the fly to ensure that our customers receive their food orders quickly and accurately. This is a part-time, seasonal position.
Pay: $15/hour plus tips
Hours: 4pm-10pm Tues-Friday, 3pm-9pm Saturday, 2pm-8pm Sunday
(end times may vary slightly based on the length of the baseball game)
The main duties of the Concession Supervisor are:
- maintain daily inventory of products in their stand
- maintain DHEC standards of food preparation and cleanliness by supervising and leading staff to perform safe food handling and regular cleaning tasks
- ensure that all staff stay on task and are performing their duties properly
- communicate with Food & Beverage Management about any issues with product, equipment or staff
- supervise both opening and closing procedures
- maintain a productive workflow and friendly work environment for all staff
