Job Duties Include
- Getting kitchen opened up for each day
- Setting up all prep stations
- Getting kitchen hot line ready to cook
- Prepping platters and buffet food for suites and Segra club
- Cold and Hot Prep
- Setting up Stations for the evening shift to execute orders
- Cleaning up all dishes and stations used during shift
