Internship Opportunities with The Charleston RiverDogs

The Charleston RiverDogs are excited to offer a comprehensive range of internships for the 2026 season, providing valuable experience and insight into the operations of a minor league baseball team. Our paid internship program is designed to provide real-world experience and comprehensive training in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, running from approximately March through September, 2026. These positions are designed to immerse interns in the full scope of running a professional sports organization. College credit is preferred, and exceptional interns may be considered for future full-time roles.

Our mission is to deliver a memorable and engaging experience to our diverse fanbase at each of our more than 60 baseball home games as well at various entertainment events at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park in historic Charleston, South Carolina.

Community Relations & Guest Services Internship. 
Experience working on community initiatives and enhancing fan experiences at the stadium.
Qualifications:
• Outgoing personality and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and reliability.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Supporting community initiatives and mascot appearances.
• Operating the Guest Services booth during games or events.
• Assisting with promotional night planning and grassroots marketing.
• Participating in ticket sales and event operations.
