Ticket Sales and Services: Ticket Sales
Office Responsibilities
  • Management, Sales, & Promotion of both “Tipper’s Kids Club” and the “Rawhide Rustlers Senior Club” 
  • Process all donation requests in a timely manner
  • Serve as first point of contact in ticket office (selling tickets at the window/fielding phone calls/responding to emails)
  • Makes sales calls to warm leads promoting Rawhide ticket plans & group packages (min. 20 per day)
  • Ensure cleanliness of the ticket office (inside and outside) at all times
  • Hiring, training, and scheduling of part-time gameday staff
  • Assist in creation and implementation of gameday promotions
  • Assist in creation and implementation of ticketing promotions
  • Assist in staffing non-baseball events held at Valley Strong Ballpark
  • Other tasks as assigned
 
Gameday responsibilities – Box Office Manager
  • Prepare and set-up the ticket office for fans (stanchions/signage/etc)
  • Monitor game staff hours to maintain an acceptable labor percentage
  • Managing game day ticket sellers informing them of all ticket promotions/discounts (ex. Military/First responder) and seat availability (ex. STIHL Saloon is booked), taking phone orders for individual tickets, managing web sales, having will call tickets printed and organized, printing meal & ticket vouchers, exchanging tickets on a case-by-case basis, answer questions/troubleshoot. 
  • Post current list of “host families” & “pass list” for players on both teams daily and process their ticket requests before the gates open.
  • Provide a superior level of customer service to ensure a positive experience
  • Settling cash drawers at the end of the night
 
Qualifications
  • Individual must be personable and energetic
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work an irregular schedule 
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
 
Compensation
  • Approximately $2,380 per month plus commission
