Job Title: Usher/Courtesy Crew
Reports to: Director, Retail Merchandise
Contract Type: Seasonal
Salary Range: $18.50/hour

The San Jose Giants are looking for friendly and enthusiastic members to join their Courtesy Crew Team. Courtesy Crew members are to assist fans throughout the game. General duties/responsibilities may include but are not limited to: providing excellent guest experiences, assisting guests with seats, answering guest inquiries, and creating opportunities to enhance fan experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing guests with excellent service and answering all stadium inquiries
  • Help with guest seating
  • Actively seek guest interactions to enhance their experience
  • Participating in game entertainment segments: dances, contents, and cheers
  • Enforcing facility policies and procedures
  • Reporting fan issues or concerns; minor crowd control
  • Assist with promotional item distribution
  • Perform all duties necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable game

Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service, listening, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle minor conflicts and uphold policies and procedures
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and/or evenings
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time 

Experience:
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
