Position Overview:
The Coordinator, Creative Services role with the Quakes offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating high-quality digital and print assets, developing promotional materials, and designing engaging visuals for game-day entertainment and sponsorship integration. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential for success in this role. This position will be located at the Quakes front office.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
● Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print materials, including social media, promotional campaigns, sponsorship packages, and fan engagement initiatives.
● Assist in the creation of templates and layouts for game-day headshots, themed nights, and in-game features.
● Assist in the creation of graphics for use on the videoboard, marquees, and other stadium digital displays.
● Develop branding elements for team initiatives, special events, and community outreach efforts.
● Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, and advertisements.
● Organize and maintain an asset library for efficient access to graphics, logos, and templates.
● Assist in maintaining consistency in the team’s visual identity across all platforms.
Game Days:
● Support in-game production needs, including last-minute graphic requests and content updates.
● Assist with sponsorship activation by integrating sponsor branding into in-game graphics.
● Working games are not necessary, but preparation before a game is key.
Minimum Requirements:
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Video editing is an added bonus.
● Experience designing for digital displays, social media, print materials, and promotional campaigns.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually compelling graphics that align with brand identity.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong organizational skills to maintain and update graphic asset libraries.
● Experience in sports marketing, event branding, or a related field is preferred but not required.
