• Create a reliable experience by providing exceptional service for all fans and guests.

• Assist with phone, walk-up, and internet ticket sales

• Understand and communicate the various ticketing technologies to our fans.

• Assist in troubleshooting ticket issues

• Provide information about each event and future promotions

• Be an overall team player willing to help in multiple areas of the operation.

· Provide outstanding customer service

· Excellent phone etiquette

· Ability to multi-task with little supervision

· Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Handle high-pressure situations.

· Ability to stand and be active for long periods of time.

· Computer literacy (use of Word and Excel)

· Prior ticket system use is plus, but not required.
