Description
- Prior retail experience is preferred
- Responsible for acting as a cashier in the retail store during all games and scheduled events.
- Handle assigned retail duties in accordance with the company’s operational and safety standards.
- Assists in merchandising functions including store display, inventory receiving, stocking and physicals, merchandise pricing, and signage.
- Responsible for handling and responding to guest questions and requests meeting all of the standards of our services.
- Assists with orders and maintains proper inventory levels as needed and assigned.
- Monitor the accuracy of transfers, damages, and guest returns to maintain the integrity of the inventory.
- Actively keeps up the store appearance including merchandise neatly organized, attractively displayed, and proactively cleaned to maintain the highest level of visual presentation.
- Complete daily store procedures including refunds, exchanges, and voids.
Requirements
Working Conditions:
- Employee will be regularly required to stand and walk.
- Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lb. as needed.
- Must be prepared to work early mornings, long days and late nights.
- Employee must have and email address and the ability to regularly access it.
- Employee must be punctual.
- Employee must follow all company standards and policies.
- Employee may be required to work outdoors in warm weather.
