Description
Members of G Force are responsible for bringing excitement to every single game at Chukchansi Park. From handing out giveaways and activating sponsorship entitlements to interacting with fans and helping run in-game activities, G Force is involved with all fan-facing elements of the entertainment at Grizzlies games. Members of the team are expected to always put the fans’ experience first while working together to create the best environment possible for Growlifornia.
Responsibilities
- Assist with game day activities, including but not limited to greeting fans, distributing giveaways, assisting with pregame ceremonies, interacting with the crowd, and executing on-field promotions
- Select fans for in-game activations
- Maintain the promotional room, including keeping props organized and in good condition and tracking inventory
- Responsible for the activation of sponsored elements, which includes handing out giveaways, taking prizes to specific seat locations, interacting with the fans, and answering general questions
- Help rally and bring out the excitement of all fans in attendance at Chukchansi Park
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- An outgoing, fun personality that is comfortable interacting with large crowds
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Represent the Grizzlies brand in a professional manner
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be reliable and exhibit a commitment to meeting both the work schedule and job requirements.
