Position Overview:
We are seeking and expecting individuals who produce friendly, efficient and responsible bartender qualities who deliver exceptional experience for our guests here at Chukchansi Park. Bartenders have a key role in elevating guests’ experiences by providing timely service while maintaining compliance with all alcohol service regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up assigned bar areas, including the stock of beer, wine, spirits, mixers, glassware, ice, garnishes, paper goods and all other supplies needed to run a successful shift.
- Prepare, store and maintain fresh fruit, garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product is of its highest quality.
- Greeting guests in the most courteous and professional manner.
- Take beverage orders and prepare drinks according to standard recipes, ensuring proper portion control.
- Verify guest identification and monitor alcohol consumption.
- Identify signs of intoxication and respond appropriately in accordance with training and company policy.
- Receive tender from guests and verify validity of charges.
- Lock up and store all beverage products, food, equipment items, and end-of-day reporting.
- Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keep work area clean and organized.
- Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an appealing display in the bar area.
- Washes and sterilize glassware and bar equipment.
- Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required.
