The Cal Ripken Sr. Collegiate Baseball League (CRSCBL) is seeking college or graduate students to serve as game day operations interns for the 2026 summer season. 

Ideal candidates will have a knowledge of baseball, and sports management and/or game operations experience. They will be comfortable working independently and speaking with fans in a customer service role. 

Qualifications:
·      College or graduate student
·      Ability to work night and weekend events
·      Game operations and sports management experience
·      Understanding of baseball
·      Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
·      Plan and execute nightly ballpark operation for summer collegiate baseball games to provide positive experience for all fans
·      Assist with pre-game set-up and post-game clean-up 
·      Sell tickets, merchandise, and ballpark concessions
·      Participate in and manage game night themes and promotions 
·      Help with marketing and community events
·      Other duties as assigned

 
This internship position is unpaid, with a small stipend available at the end of the season. Course credit is available for college students. Interns will be contracted out to teams around the Cal Ripken Sr. League and roles may vary slightly depending on ballpark. 

The position runs from on or about May 20, 2026 through August 1, 2026. Start date is negotiable depending on the end date of your spring semester.
