The Cal Ripken Sr. Collegiate Baseball League (CRSCBL) is seeking college or graduate students to run teams’ Trackman and Synergy analytics software for the 2026  summer season.

Ideal candidates will have an expert knowledge of baseball, experience using the Trackman Baseball system, and previous experience working on a baseball team staff. As the Trackman analytics operator, they will be responsible for recording data on every pitch, swing, and ball in play during each game. They will play a critical role in accurately recording game statistics for players, coaches, and staff. 

Qualifications:
·      College or graduate student
·      Ability to work night and weekend events
·      Expert knowledge of baseball rules, game flow, and strategy
·      Experience using Trackman Baseball software
·      Experience using Sportradar Synergy for baseball is a plus, but not required 

Responsibilities:
·      Attend nightly baseball games throughout the summer
·      Accurately record and score all plays during each game using league-provided Trackman software
·      Collaborate with team staff and coaches to analyze data (dependent on which team you are assigned to)
·      Other duties as assigned by team staff

This internship position is unpaid, with a small stipend available at the end of the season. Course credit is available for college students. Interns will be contracted out to teams around the Cal Ripken Sr. League and roles may vary slightly depending on the team you are assigned. 

The position runs from on or about May 20, 2025 through August 1, 2025. Start date is negotiable based on the timing of your spring semester.
