Compensation:  | $40,000 plus commission

Position Overview:
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, the Spring Training home of the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals, and the Florida State League home of the Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Premium Seating Sales Executive. This role focuses on generating revenue through the sale of premium seating, suites, hospitality packages, and ticket plans for both Spring Training and Minor League Baseball seasons.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue through the sale and servicing of premium seating, season tickets, group tickets, suite rentals, and mini plans.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct a minimum of 50 proactive sales outreach contacts daily via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and CRM utilization.
  • Target businesses and organizations to develop new sales opportunities and increase revenue.
  • Engage in all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, presentations, public speaking, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Oversee inventory for all hospitality and premium seating areas.
  • Renew and upsell existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Develop creative sales opportunities and customize promotional inventory for corporate partnerships.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and partners.
  • Act as a key liaison with internal departments regarding all sales efforts and initiatives.
  • Support customer service needs and issue resolution during events.
  • Regularly report sales activity, revenue pipeline, and performance metrics to management.
 
Additional Duties:
  • Assist with Spring Training and Minor League game operations.
  • Support the development of promotional schedules for both the Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticket sales, premium seating, group sales, sponsorship, or hospitality within the sports industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to set a positive tone for the sales team.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
