We are currently hiring a part-time Ticket Office Representative at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, located in Jupiter, FL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell individual game tickets to walk-up customers
- Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemails
- Assist customers with any questions regarding tickets or seat information
- Assist customers with any digital ticketing needs
Experience Required:
- Must possess good communication skills
- Must be comfortable working with a computer
- Must have exceptional customer service qualities
- Must pay attention to details
- Digital ticketing knowledge a plus
- Must be able to adhere to all company policies
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Must have personal transportation with valid driver's license
Schedule:
- Part-time, seasonal
- 2-3 days per week
- 4 hours per day
