Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium Spring Training home of the Miami Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals are seeking part-time Bat Boy/Girl and Field Attendants for the 2026 Cardinals and Marlins Spring Training along with the Florida State League Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals Minor League Baseball Championship season. These individuals will be responsible for assisting team and clubhouse staff during games by retrieving bats, baseballs, and equipment, setting up dugouts, providing baseballs to umpires, and supporting players with gear needs. Field Attendants are responsible for retrieving foul balls down the lines during games. Must maintain a professional attitude, follow safety protocols, and represent the team in a positive manner. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •  Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:
  • Retrieve bats, helmets, and other equipment during games and practices.
  • Supply game balls to umpires as needed.
  • Maintain dugout and bullpen cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist clubhouse staff with pre- and post-game setup and cleanup.
  • Support players and coaches with equipment needs in a professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
  • Must be 15 years of age or older
  • Knowledge and understanding of baseball, especially the general rules and concepts of the game
  • Must be reliable and exhibit commitment to meeting both work schedule and job requirements
  • Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays during the season.
Physical Demands: 
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and run for extended periods. 
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 LBS. 
Desired:
  • Live locally near Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium in Jupiter, Florida
  • Prior baseball playing experience
 
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
Start Date: February 2026         End Date: September 2026
