About Driveline Softball
Driveline Softball is a data-driven softball player development organization, co-founded by OGX and Driveline Baseball. We harness the power of data and the science of human performance to continuously enhance training methodologies and equip the softball community with information that gives athletes data-empowered autonomy over their career trajectories. We work with athletes from youth through professional levels through assessments, individualized programming, biomechanics, and consulting partnerships with college programs. This role joins our growing team as we open our Phoenix location in summer 2026. Phoenix is one of our newest locations, with the right candidate helping shape the team
