About the Role
Driveline Baseball is seeking a dedicated and versatile Business Associate to join our Scottsdale, AZ operations team. This role is vital to our success, serving as a primary point of contact for our customers and driving local business growth. You will work closely with the Director of Player Development and the AZ Operations Coordinator to ensure a seamless experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will balance two primary focus areas: Customer Service and Sales/Business Development.
Customer Service Representative
  • Act as a first responder for customer questions and issue resolution.
  • Execute the onboarding process for new athletes to ensure a high-quality introduction to Driveline.
Sales & Business Development
  • Conduct sales calls and engage in lead-nurturing activities.
  • Execute local business development initiatives to expand the facility's reach.

Schedule & Compensation
Hourly Rate:
$17/hour.
Hours Expectations: 40 hours per week.
Overtime: Eligible for overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 in a single workweek, per state and federal laws. Hours will be approved by your manager.
Incentives: Eligible to participate in the company's sales commission structure.
Scheduling: Your specific schedule will be determined by your manager and the Arizona Operations Coordinator to support facility needs. Ability to work variable hours, including weekday evenings and Saturday's.
