KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in the preparation of expense reports for the Academy
  • Secure travel arrangements for DSL team during away games 
  • Assist staff with translating documents
  • Assist with development of opponent scouting reports and statistical analysis 
  • Review and revise DSL Game Reports if needed 
  • Prepare roster/team sheets for player tryouts and Dominican Summer League schedule 
  • Organize necessary documentation for obtaining player Visas/Residency for DR and VZ players
  • Conduct weekly inventory count of equipment at Academy
  • Plan and schedule activities pertaining to the education program or community service
  • Assist with the daily inspection of the facility

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • The ideal candidate must be at least a college Senior, recent graduate (within 6 months) 
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills 
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills 
  • The ideal candidate must be available full-time 
  • The ideal candidate must be willing to work longs hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. 
  • The ideal candidate must be bilingual with the second language being Spanish

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Office Environment 
  • Some evening, weekend, and holiday hours will be required
