Camelback Spring Training LLC, the managers and operators of Camelback Ranch-Glendale, Spring Training home of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago White Sox, is now accepting applications/resumes for the following position:
Title: Marketing & Game Presentation Coordinator-Seasonal
Status: December 9, 2025 thru March 31, 2025
Hours: December 9, 2025 through Mid-February, 2025 - Approximately 25 - 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Late-February through March 31, 2026 (Spring Training) - Approximately 30-40+ hours per week (Sunday-Saturday)
The Marketing & Game Presentation Coordinator - a seasonal, entry-level position - will have a primary focus on the successful execution of pre-game, between inning and post-game promotions as well as corporate partnership activations and fulfillment. This role will also assist with organizational marketing efforts including social media, email newsletters and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage the hiring, training and oversight of fifteen to twenty day-of-game promotions staff.
- Manage the development of game day scripts and outlines for each Spring Training game.
- Manage the execution of all game day promotions and set-up of all necessary promotional areas.
- Under direction from supervisors, manage coordination of pre-game on-field ceremonies and activities, including scheduling of National Anthem performers.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure all personnel have scripts, statistics and other information necessary for each game.
- Coordinate with Account Executive, Corporate Partnerships to assist game day sponsors in the placement of banners, booths or other materials.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of Camelback Ranch social media accounts and other marketing channels.
- Assist with game day community relations functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

· Ability to work from December 9, 2025 through March 31, 2026, including all Spring Training games for the 2026 season, as well as nights, weekends, holidays and additional events as required.
- Earned or in-progress Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, such as Sports Management, Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Knowledge of the game of baseball preferred.
- Knowledge of best practices for email marketing and social media.
- Knowledge of best practices for corporate sponsorship activation preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and turn ideas into actionable items.
- Ability to develop effective and collaborative working relationships.
This position is paid an hourly rate of $17.00.
