Account Executive, Ticket Sales – 2026 Sales, Development & Immersion (SDI) Program
Seasonal Position - October '25 - March '26
Hours: October 6th – December 31st – Approx. 25 hours per week
January 2nd – End of February – Approx. 30 hours per week
End of February – End of March (Spring Training) – Approx. 30-40+ hours per week
Camelback Ranch-Glendale, Spring Training home of the Chicago White Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers, is hiring four (4) seasonal Account Executives to support its business operations heading into the 2025 Spring Training season with its Sales, Development & Immersion (SDI) program.
Our Account Executives will receive significant training from internal staff and guest speakers consistently through the end of Spring Training. If you’re interested in a seasonal sales program with hands-on training to expose yourself to the business operations of a professional sports team, then this is the program for you.
Following training, with a primary focus on Ticket Sales for the 2026 Spring Training season, Account Executives are responsible for selling and servicing season tickets, mini plans, suites, and group experiences.
This position is paid an hourly rate of $15.75. Upon successful completion of certain metrics, and upon the conclusion of the program at the end of the Spring Training season, this position may be eligible for bonus compensation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including:
Training:
- You’ll learn the following, plus much more:
- How to make sales calls and set appointments.
- How to prospect new business opportunities.
- How to operate within a CRM environment.
- The ins-and-outs of our ticket system, ProVenue.
- Strategies for effectively communicating via e-mails and voicemails.
- An understanding of the Camelback Ranch-Glendale facility and the fan experience to provide a consultative approach to sales.
- Hear from sports industry guest speakers in various verticals to provide insight into areas including their background, current roll day-to-day, and career progression advise.
Ticket Sales:
- Actively make calls, set stadium appointments and sell ticket hospitality for the 2026 Spring Training season (season tickets, mini plans, suites, and group tickets).
- Phone call outreach, including:
- Cold Calls – From previous season ticket holders to single game buyers to businesses, you’ll use your newly learned skills to become comfortable in making cold B2C & B2B outreach.
- Warm Calls – Respond to inbound inquiries to help customers find their best fit ticket options, answering their questions along the way.
- Inbound Calls – Preparation for heavy inbound volume as we approach the Spring Training season, which includes fielding customer service requests.
- Face-to-Face Appointments
- Set face-to-face appointments with prospective customers to walk through and choose their ticket hospitality options.
- Being goal-driven, competitive, and supportive to help our team exceed its ticket sales goals.
- Build relationships with current customers to ensure retention.
- Provide superior customer service to customers and prospective customers.
- Maintain strong knowledge of seating map, ticket hospitality, ticketing system, ticket policies, and facility regulations to effectively sell tickets and meet customer needs.
- Assist in local group sales initiatives and growth.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer account records within CRM.
- Support group fan experiences during games.
- As necessary, support ticket fulfillment (printing tickets, assisting in season ticket holder benefit offers, etc.).
Miscellaneous:
- Perform general office duties, as required.
- Support the Director & Assistant Manager in daily operations and oversight of the department.
- Provide digital ticket support with knowledge of MLB Ballpark App and ProVenue Account Manager.
- Other jobs to be performed include, but not limited to, assisting with lines at the ticket windows and gates during ingress.

- Work at least 80% of Spring Training games (As coordinated with Director) to ensure proper Account Executive game coverage.
- Energetic, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity to learn & provide feedback to grow our business.
- Engage with fans and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Previous customer service and sales experience encouraged.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Personal transportation to and from work is strongly recommended.
