Position Available: Premium Services Manager

Job Description: Under direction of the General Manager, this individual will be responsible for effectively and profitably managing theoverall operations of the Premium Services Operation at PeoplesBank Park, including all catering areas, clubs, suites, skyboxes and bars, as well as overseeing and coordinating the introduction of Revolution Homeplates Workplace Catering. Specific responsibilities include but are not limitedto:

Direct, implement and maintain a guest service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective team members.
Partner with the chef to develop and maintain premium menus to adapt to the ever-changing market, including delivery,presentation, and standards.
Hire, train and maintain staff for all premium areas including bartenders, servers and suite attendants.
Provide efficient service and quality products by maintaining positive customer and client relations through effective communication and prudent financial practices.
Ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis.
Work directly with team specific front office and Revolution marketing team to build non-baseball and party and event business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with multi-year premium Skybox holders as well as individual game suite rentals and 1741Club Members.
Coordinate menus, develop wine lists, handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards.
Assist with the planning, organizing and execution of all functions.
Administer staff call meetings prior to events to inform staff about event particulars, goals, objectives and expectations.
Check with Facilities and Culinary for any last-minute changes.
Responsible for the inventory of equipment, smallwares, disposables, food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages.
Manage Food and Beverage service, equipment movement and event room set-up and clean up for all events.
Greet clients in charge and respond to requests.
Oversee general cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
Maintain cost as it pertains to labor and operating supplies, work within budgeted guidelines.
Assist the General Manager with the preparation of the annual fiscal budget and business plan for the upcoming season.
Oversee departmental midyear and end of the year reports.
Develop and oversee all premium and workplace catering websites.
Work with GM and Chef to develop and grow a profitable outside workplace catering business.
Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years management experience in the contract foodservice industry, preferably inpremium services and catering environment for a sports and entertainment venue. We will consider other hospitality experience.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment. Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership,and management skills.
Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management and clients.
Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of accounting policy and procedures and POS Systems is required. We will train on the POS system
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
