About the Internship
As a member of our intern team, you’ll work alongside full-time team members and take on meaningful responsibilities that directly impact the success of the season. In addition to ticket office-based projects, interns gain hands-on experience by working home games and applying what they’ve learned to real game day situations. This includes providing customer service to fans, assisting in ticket office operations, and helping deliver a safe, fun, and memorable experience for everyone who walks through our gates.
- Duration: Approximately May 11 – August 23
- Compensation: College credit
- Eligibility: Current college students
- Housing: Not provided, but we will assist interns in finding housing and/or roommates if needed
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ticket sales at the Shipley Energy Ticket Office using the Glitnir Ticketing system, while learning the Revolution’s full ticket inventory and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Assist with the sales process for 2025 ticket packages, including 10-game memberships, Silver Slugger memberships, and voucher packs.
- Support the business operations of the ticket office by completing nightly reconciliations and assisting in scheduling and managing hourly staff.
- Manage will call and complimentary ticket requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide excellent front-of-house service by answering inbound calls, returning voicemails, welcoming guests, and handling deliveries.
- Operate the point-of-sale system in the First Capital Federal Credit Union Team Store and contribute to retail operations as needed.
- Assist with game day operations at WellSpan Park and perform other duties as assigned to ensure a seamless fan experience.
- All team members of the York Revolution contribute to event operations, which includes some physical tasks as part of creating the best fan experience possible.
