About the Internship
As a member of our intern team, you’ll work alongside full-time team members and take on meaningful responsibilities that directly impact the success of the season. In addition to game day projects, interns gain hands-on experience by working home games and applying what they’ve learned to real game day situations. This includes engaging with fans, assisting in ballpark setup, and helping deliver a safe, fun, and memorable experience for everyone who walks through our gates.
- Duration: Approximately May 11 – August 23
- Compensation: College credit
- Eligibility: Current college students
- Housing: Not provided, but we will assist interns in finding housing and/or roommates if needed
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing game day events, including pre-game setup, in-game operations, and post-game teardown.
- Support community relations initiatives, including appearances, donation requests, and other outreach efforts.
- Participate in marketing “Street Team” activities, sometimes performing as the mascot, to increase organizational exposure and ticket sales.
- Contribute to social media content by capturing and sharing highlights from home games and community events, while providing creative ideas to expand audience reach.
- Assist in in-game production as a member of the Rally Crew or production team, including camera operation, replay, streaming, and music management.
- Help promote upcoming events and ticket sales to in-house audiences at WellSpan Park.
- Provide general support for game day operations across ticketing, sales, client services, stadium operations, radio, and other areas as needed, including tarp pulls and other event-related tasks.
- All team members of the York Revolution contribute to event operations, which includes some physical tasks as part of creating the best fan experience possible.
