Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Retail Store Merchandise Manager to lead our merchandising operations and drive store success.   • Manage inventory levels through effective stock management practices, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and shrink reduction strategies.
  • Train and develop team members on merchandising standards, store management procedures, customer service excellence, and safety protocols.
  • Oversee remodeling projects and interior redesign initiatives to enhance store ambiance and functionality while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Implement branding guidelines consistently across all visual displays and promotional materials to strengthen brand identity.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store environment in compliance with company policies.
Skills

  • Proven supervising experience in retail or related fields with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visual displays and marketing materials.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles to effectively promote products and enhance customer engagement.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Familiarity with schematics, planograms, merchandising techniques, and interior design concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks including inventory management, pricing strategies, and remodeling projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for training staff, coordinating teams, and liaising with vendors or contractors.
  • Experience with retail math for sales analysis, pricing adjustments, and inventory control.
  • Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while managing POS systems.
  • Demonstrated capability in visual design for creating attractive displays that boost sales.
  • Knowledge of retail sales techniques combined with exceptional customer service skills.
