Job Description: Restroom Cleaner – Ballpark Facilities
The Restroom Cleaner is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary restroom facilities throughout the ballpark. This role ensures a positive guest experience by providing high standards of cleanliness across multiple locations, including the 1st Base and 3rd Base concourses, Suite Level restrooms, and all handicap-accessible bathrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms located on the 1st Base Concourse, 3rd Base Concourse, Suite Level, and in all ADA/handicap-accessible areas.
- Perform regular trash removal, surface cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting of all restroom fixtures.
- Refill paper products, soap, sanitizers, and other supplies as needed.
- Monitor restroom conditions throughout events and respond promptly to spills, messes, or maintenance needs.
- Ensure all cleaning practices meet health, safety, and ballpark facility standards.
- Report any damages, supply shortages, or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service to guests when approached.
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliability and punctuality, especially during high-traffic events.
- Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred but not required.
