Summary:
The Community Relations Intern will be responsible for assisting the Media Relations Manager with relation to community outreach, site visits with Dusty and representing the Charleston Dirty Birds to the surrounding community.  This is a seasonal internship to gain knowledge and experience.

Qualifications
Knowledge of MS Office products, internet navigation and research capabilities
•Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain a flexible schedule
•Desire to assist the community

Responsibilities
•Demonstrate creativity in support of fundraising initiatives and special events
•Assist with the coordination of  special events and gameday promotions
•Assist in the collaboration and design of marketing materials and fundraising tools
•Create, edit, and proofread official documents and correspondences
