Great South Bay Hospitality, the concessions arm of the Long Island Ducks, is seeking a hands-on hospitality leader to oversee premium suite service, party deck catering execution, and restaurant floor service at Fairfield Properties Ballpark. This role focuses on game-day execution of established processes to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure food quality and presentation, and lead front-of-house teams across premium areas.

This is a seasonal position that runs from April through September.

·       Confirm and execute catering orders for luxury suites and party decks (phone/online orders; deadlines; accuracy).

·       Communicate orders and updates clearly to the kitchen; monitor timing, quality, and presentation.

·       Schedule and assign suite servers and restaurant floor servers; ensure coverage and adjust staffing in real time.

·       Lead pre-shift huddles, set service expectations, and monitor service flow during events.

·       Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally; document recoveries and follow-up items.

·       Coach, train, and support staff on VIP etiquette, service standards, and food safety.

·       Maintain accurate schedules, assignments, and post-event notes to drive continuous improvement.

·       2+ years of hospitality or food service leadership experience (stadium or premium venue preferred).

·       Strong scheduling, communication, and guest recovery skills.

·       Comfortable leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

·       Proficiency with basic office software and scheduling tools.

·       Availability for all scheduled home game dates; nights/weekends required.
