JOB DESCRIPTION: The Lexington Legends Baseball Team are seeking a Home Clubhouse Manager Position. The position reports to the General Manager.

Start Date: April 1, 2026
Job Type: Seasonal, full-time
Reports To: Baseball Operations

Responsibilities:
  • Must follow the Atlantic League guidelines as they pertain to Clubhouse Duties.
  • Providing bench supplies per Atlantic League Rules.
  • Set up of dugout for early field work, batting practice, and game. This includes putting out, towels, water, and Gatorade.
  • Assisting with preparing snacks, organizing lockers, laundering travel gear, etc.
  • Set up and cleanup of player meals provided by the General Manager
  • Laundering players uniforms, personal items and towels.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of entire Clubhouse, including Umpire Room, Coach’s Office, Dressing Areas, Restrooms, Showers, Training Room, and Storage Areas before, during, and following games.
  • Maintaining inventory of groceries, cookware, dugout supplies, restroom/shower supplies, and clubhouse furniture.
  • Shopping for clubhouse snacks, toiletries, and other clubhouse items.
  • Perform additional baseball operation duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • Available to work a full schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Previous experience in a similar environment (Professional Athletics Clubhouse, College Athletics Program, etc.)
  • Ability to interact professionally with Front Office staff, players, and coaches
  • Prior Minor League Baseball experience preferred
  • Dependable with reliable transportation
  • Must Be available for all 63 home dates plus playoffs
  • Willingness to pursue a career in the sports industry
  • Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. and stand or walk for long periods of time in adverse weather including rain and heat
  • Individual must be a self-starter with exemplary customer service skills
  • Must possess superior organizational skills and cleanliness
