The Lancaster Stormers at Penn Medicine Park are seeking a full time, year round, Retail Manager. Ideal candidates will possess retail, supervisory, organizational, time management and POS (Point of Sales) experience. Core responsibilities are as follows.
- Establish and manager retail sales plan.
- Develop strategies to acheive goals.
- Establish and manager payroll budget.
- Oversee retail operations on game days and non-game days.
- Schedule flexibility is a must; the Retail Manager will be expected to work during home games.
- Work with community leaders to ensure the store is open during city/community events.
- Daily Cash Management
- Ensure tils are balances daily.
- Work with the Finance team to resolve out of balance transactions and discrepencies.
- Assist with contend to social media platforms in effort to attract foot traffice to the store on game days.
- Manage purchasing and pricing of merchandise.
- Manage inventory via POS system.
- Manage and merchandise products via the online auction site (DASH).
