The Lancaster Stormers at Penn Medicine Park are looking to retain a fall/winter Stadium Operations intern.  Internships are unpaid for the purpose of fulfilling college credit. Essential duties include, but are are not limited to, the following. 

- Ensure operational and safety procedures are maintained to provide a safe, secure, and clean environment for employees and guests.
- General upkeep of stadium; including maintenance, repairs, painting, minor HVAC , groundskeeping and landscaping

- Assist in the supervision of the custodial staff to ensure cleanliness of the venue; including concourse, seating bowl, concessions stands, suite level and staff offices.

-  Assist in Supervision of Game Day and Non-Game day staff such as Ushers, Ticket Takers, Kids Park and Parking attendants

- Assist in facility maintenance and repair under the guidance of the Operations Coordinators.

- Assist with other general office requirements as needed

·      Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

·       Ability to multi-task and delegate tasks as necessary.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to coordinate logistical needs in support of large public/private events.

·        Job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail.
