Summary
As a Client Services Coordinator you will be responsible for the execution of contracted elements for assigned partners, including keeping clients informed of deadlines, specifications and creative needs while keeping customer service a top priority.
Essential Functions
- Maintain direct communication between the company and its’ clients to help ensure the smooth flow of ticket operations.
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive tracking system for group and ticket sales revenue.
- Ensure payments are received, processed, and deposited.
- Update data as changes are made to headcounts, ticket quantities and revenue.
- Assign season ticket holders to Account Executives as packages are purchased.
- Track accounts payment due dates for commission purposes.
- Track theme night sales.
- Track promotional sales.
- Service all Ticket Packages.
- Prepare packages.
- Process payments.
- Facilitate ticket pick up or delivery.
- Organize and execute season ticket holder events.
- Assist with collection of details needed for food & beverage fulfillment.
- Assist in meeting the clients’ specifications, and our business goals, by analysing client questions and concerns and escalating them to the appropriate team members with whom you will work to hand service problems to the satisfaction of the client.
- Maintain direct communication with season ticket holders and service their needs such as donation of their tickets to non-profit organizations, entertaining special guests on special nights, executing first pitches on their behalf, etc.
- Assist in collection of details for game day catered events and reporting them to the Food & Beverage team as needed.
- Assist in planning and execution of corporate events. This job profile is designed to cover activities, duties and responsibilities required on a regular basis. Other duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned with or without notice.
Additional Responsibilities
- You will be added to the game day staffing schedule and required to work a minimum of 50% of games scheduled at home.
- Your presence will be required at staff meetings throughout the year as well as annual training and development sessions and seminars.
- You will be required to work special events, non-game day events and holidays as needed. Advanced notice will be given.
- Travel may be required and is dependent upon your sou may be asked to travel off-site for meetings, events for the purpose of marketing/networking, or non-profit engagements. pecific lines of business and job responsibilities.
