The Lancaster Stormers, at Penn Medicine Park, are looking to add an Account Executive to their sales team.
As an Account Executive you will fulfill a results-driven role responsible for revenue growth and establishing strong customer relationships. You will be tasked with identifying and targeting potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation and networking activities. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
As an Account Executive you will fulfill a results-driven role responsible for revenue growth and establishing strong customer relationships. You will be tasked with identifying and targeting potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation and networking activities. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
- Cold Calling.
- Attending networking events; both internal and external.
- Holding face-to-face meetings.
- Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Continually update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity pipelines via CRM software.
- Working during home games to ensure customer needs are met and sales elements are fulfilled.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and customer relationship management.
This is a full time, year round position with benefit eligibility and paid time off. Applicants must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
