Fall 2026 Promotions & Fan Experience Internship (Class Credit – Unpaid)
The High Point Rockers are seeking an energetic and motivated student to join our team as a Promotions & Fan Experience Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This unpaid, for-class-credit internship offers hands-on experience in sports marketing, game-day entertainment, and fan engagement while working directly with the Promotions & Fan Experience Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Promotions & Fan Experience Coordinator with game-day planning and execution.
- Help prepare scripts, timing sheets, and other game-day materials.
- Assist with promotional theme nights, on-field contests, and fan engagement activities.
- Coordinate contestants, giveaways, mascot appearances, and in-game promotions.
- Work with the production team to execute the in-game entertainment experience.
- Serve as a team ambassador by providing exceptional customer service.
- Brainstorm and implement creative ideas to enhance the fan experience.
- Assist with marketing events and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive internship credit.
- Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Passion for sports and creating memorable fan experiences.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and game days.
