Visiting Clubhouse Manager- 2018 Season

The York Revolution is locally owned and operated by High Five Baseball, LLC. High Five Baseball, LLC strives to provide the York County community with affordable family entertainment, not just during the baseball season, but all year round. The PeoplesBank Park Complex is a multi-purpose entertainment complex that is open year-round for events such as concerts, trade shows, holiday parties, non-profit fundraisers, youth athletic league championships, and much more!
High Five Baseball is highly respected throughout the professional sports landscape, known to operate with the utmost professionalism, yet still provide a fun work atmosphere. We have a strong track record of promoting from within and many of the key front office and management positions in our organization are held by individuals who started as an intern or entry-level employee.

Visiting Clubhouse Manager Responsibilities
The Visiting Clubhouse Manager will be reponsible for managing the visiting clubhouse and associated personnel at the Santander Stadium facility.
Specific responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Visiting clubhouse security, nightly lock-up & alarm activation.
- Visiting clubhouse laundry services; specifically cleaning and repairing visiting and/or umpire uniforms.
- Clubhouse meal services; specifically pre and post game meals for the visiting clubhouse.
- Coordinating clubhouse operations in the clubhouse, specifically maintaining a clean environment, while purchasing and reordering supplies consistent with established budget.
The visiting clubhouse manager may be required to work with the club during Spring Training and perform clubhouse duties.
Your duties will be determined by John Gibson, General Manager of the York Revolution. The visiting clubhouse manager must also work closely with the Manager of each visiting team, and the player personnel.
The Visiting Clubhouse Manager will receive a per game flat fee of $75 per game. The Visiting Clubhouse Manager will be eligible to collect all player dues paid by the visiting team each home game. Standard Atlantic League dues are set at $7 per player/per game. It is the responsibility of the Visiting Clubhouse Manager to collect dues directly from each player as entitled. The Company is not responsible for any clubhouse dues not paid by any player or dues not collected by the Visiting Clubhouse Manager.
