Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate across a variety of operational and guest‑facing functions, including:
  • Monitoring real-time operations, identifying inefficiencies, and providing actionable recommendations to improve overall ballpark experience.
  • Tracking social media platforms to identify emerging trends and engagement opportunities.
  • Elevating guest experiences through creative and proactive hospitality opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for sports, fan experience, and operational efficiency. 
• Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail. 
• Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company.
• Availability to work Atlanta Braves home games including nights, weekends, and holidays.
