Stage Managers
The Arizona Diamondbacks are looking for Stage Managers for Game Presentation & Production department. Stage Managers will assist in the coordination and execution of all assigned elements relating to live game and event production for Arizona Diamondbacks.
As a D-backs Stage Manager you will:
- Provide production and operational support to the Game Presentation department during all D-backs home games and scheduled events.
- Manage and coordinate ceremonies, entertainers, and other live presentations in coordination with instruction from Field Producer.
- Will act as a liaison between the game/event Producer to set up and cue gameday crew, host, and other talent for live in-game features throughout the game.
- Relay and communicate all information to the game Producer should any issues/changes to scripted elements occur.
- Communicate rundown and/or script changes from Producer to the talent, gameday crew, contestant(s), and camera operators.
- Ensure all promotions and activities are accurately and clearly communicated and explained to any/all participants. Making sure any/all safety precautions have been taken regarding participants in all promotions and activities.
- Find/secure contestants as required; escort talent, guests, experiential participants, and/or staff as requested.
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience working in live sports entertainment, TV/Film production, live event management, or other relevant production/coordination experience preferred.
- Individuals must be reliable, punctual, courteous, and demonstrate good character.
- Individuals must have a positive attitude that exudes confidence and enthusiasm.
- Knowledge of the game of baseball preferred.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Available to work the D-backs home games including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to comfortably lift 50lbs.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
